Matrix Surveyors was incorporated in April 2021 by Toli Moscovitz BSc (Hons) MRICS.

Toli began his career with Wates Construction in 2011 where he worked for two years on the Project Delivery Team before joining a local surveying firm.

Whilst working full time, Toli gained a Higher National Certificate in 2011 and was recognised by the University with the High Achiever Award. In July 2014 Toli Graduated from the University of Salford with a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying and went on to attain Chartered status in November 2017.

Matrix Surveyors offers a full range of building surveying services including; Residential Surveys, Project Management, Party Wall Matters and Defect Inspections.
